Amends the regulations governing the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA) and the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA) to state that persons must disclose their Social Security Numbers (SSN) whenever they file notices of injury and/or claims for compensation under either the FECA or LHWCA program.
