Abstract/Citation
Amends the New Judiciary Law of 1972 by adding a new Ch. 23 to provide for additional Labour Courts, which are to have their seats in each of the counties of the Republic. Defines the powers, jurisdiction and procedures of the Labour Court, and contains provisions on the qualifications, appointment and tenure of judges. The Board of General Appeals of the Ministry of Labour is abolished (s. 1).
