Abstract/Citation: Provides that foreigners who seek to invest in Nepalese industries or transfer technology obtain permission to do so from the Department of Industries, sets an income tax rate applicable to them, and establishes the amount of foreign currency that they may repatriate. Any disputes between foreign investors and industries concerned are to be settled through mutual discussion in the presence of the Department.
