Abstract/Citation: Provides that reinstated employees are to receive the same terms of employment as other employees doing similar work, even if these are an improvement on the terms applicable at the time of dismissal. Continuity of service with the employer shall not be broken if dismissal was wholly or partly connected with avoiding liability under the Act. Also deals with matters arising from labour disputes, and general procedures for redress of wrongful dismissals.
