Provides for rules in respect of contents and form of election petition, appointment of advocates by petitioner and respondent, deposit of money by way of security for costs, charges and expenses payable by the petitioner, and time and place for trial and related matters. Revokes the National Assembly Elections (Election Petition) Rules. Made under section 23(3) of the National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act.
