Abstract/Citation
Excludes from its provisions those whose leave to enter or remain under the Immigration Act 1971 has been curtailed by the Secretary of State under section 7 of the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Act 1993. Provides that where a person's leave to enter or remain has been extended by article 3(1) of the 1976 Order the extension shall not have effect beyond the date to which the leave is curtailed.
