| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the legal, economic and organizational principles of employment in a market economy combining all forms of property. This Act, the Labour Code and all other legal provisions on employment apply to foreign citizens and stateless persons, unless otherwise prescribed. A foreign worker can be recruted only if he obtains a work permit issued by the State Committee for Labour and Social Protection. Put into effect by Decree of the Supreme Soviet dated June 5, 1991. |
