Abstract/Citation: Amends, inter alia, subsection (2) of section 9 by the deletion from paragraph (c) of "(b), (c) or", section 14 by substituting the words "No person" for the words "No alien", section 31 by substituting the words "the Chief Immigration Officer may" for the the words "Subject to section 20 as applied by subsection (3) of this section, the Chief Immigration Officer may in his discretion" and insert a new subsection 2 of section 38 concerning cancellation of alien's permits. Made under section 41 of the Immigration Act, 1979.
