Abstract/Citation: Proclaims the independence of the judiciary, and establishes open Court hearings except when dangerous for public peace and security and public order and morality. Creates an independent administrative body, the Judicial Administration Commission, to select and appoint judges and registrars. Judges are to have tenure that may be terminated only in specified and limited circumstances. Repeals the Judicial Administration Commission Re-establishment Proclamation No. 53 of 1975.
