Abstract/Citation: The purpose of the Law is to promote the improvement of the welfare of home helpers by taking measures to improve their employment management, taking account of the increase in the demand for home help services due to the rapid increase in the number of elderly people. The Minister of Labour shall establish a plan for the improvement of the employment management of home helpers, based on trends in employment and on the measures to be taken for home helpers. A Center for the Stability of Home Helpers shall be established to provide services such as the collection of information and its dissemination to employers and home helpers, as well as the counselling and training of home helpers.
