| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that the Minister of Labour shall formulate the basic policy for employment measures for disabled persons. Part-time severely physically retarded and part-time severely mentally retarded persons shall apply to be provided with grants, and shall be included in the employment quota system. Certain employers shall appoint employment promoters for the disabled. |
