Amends the Navigation Act 1912 (No. 4 of 1913, as amended) to insert a new s. 207A providing that, "(1) A ship is, for the purposes of this Act, substandard if the ship is seaworthy, but conditions on board the ship are clearly hazardous to safety or health." Makes consequential amendments to other ss. of the Act as well. |
