| Abstract/Citation: | Amended article 8B concerns the case of teachers leaving their employment to work in another public service or organization. In this case, continuity of retirement benefits is assured and credit is given for past contributions for social security. Similarly, teachers who have previously worked in another public service or organization are given credit for this previous employment, in particular concerning social security, retirement age and retirement benefits. |
