| Abstract/Citation: | This act increases the retirement pension of civil servants who retired before January 1, 1981. The increase in the retirement benefit ranges from 20 per cent for those who retired before January 1, 1968 to 1.5 per cent for the civil servants who retired between January 1, 1979 and December 31,1980. |
