Abstract/Citation: Provides for the payment of Special Allowances on behalf of children who are maintained by a department or agency of the federal or provincial government. These benefits were previously provided under the authority of the Family Allowance Act which has been repealed effective January 1, 1993. Made under the Children's Special Allowance Act.
