Abstract/Citation: Amends the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, the Temporary Child Care for Children with Disabilities and Crisis Nurseries Act, and reauthorises programmes with respect to family violence and adoption. Provides for a general programme for child abuse prevention and treatment, an advisory board, research and assistance activities, grants for related programmes, and temporary child care for children with disabilities.
