Abstract/Citation: Amends Social Security Regulations to reflect changes made under section 11332 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, which extends mandatory Social Security old-age, survivors, disability, and hospital insurance coverage to certain services performed by individuals who are employees of a State, a political subdivision of a State, or any wholly owned instrumentality of one or more of the above who are not members of the employer's retirement system.
