Abstract/Citation: Provides that severance benefit which is paid on the termination of a contract of employment shall be at the rate of one day's basic pay in respect of each of the first sixty months of continuous employment, and two day's basic payment in respect of each additional month of continuous employment. Made under the Employment Act (Cap 47:01).
