These Regulations amend the Labour Relations (Tobacco-grading Industry) Employment Regulations, 1991 by the deletion in section 5 and 6 of the words "forty-eight hours" and the substitution of the words "forty-five hours" and by the insertion of a new section 24A that provides that an employer shall provide and maintain a properly equipped first-aid box. Made under the Labour Relations Act, 1985. |
