Abstract/Citation: These Regulations make provisions in respect of records relating to employees, records to show whether award conditions complied with, form of records, contents of records relating to overtime, remuneration, leave, superannuation contributions, termination of employment, alteration and correction of records, inspection and copying of records, information concerning records and transfer and assignment of businesses. Made under the Industrial Relations Act 1988.
