Abstract/Citation
These Regulations make provisions in respect of allocation of wages or salary, allocation of vacation or holiday pay, allocation of gratuities, severance pay, retirement pay, allocation of benefits paid in lump sum, allocation of remuneration from business, allocation equal to weekly rate of pay and remuneration from performance of services in respect of persons laid off in industries undergoing significant economic adjustment.
