Abstract/Citation
Implements section 104 of the Immigration Act of 1990, which amended procedures to be used in filing for adjustment to lawful permanent resident status under section 209(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended by the Refugee Act of 1980, and establishes the availability of adjustment without numerical restriction for certain asylee adjustment applicants and increases from 5,000 to 10,000 the annual limitation on asylee adjustments.
