| Abstract/Citation: | This Act amends the Employment of Non-Citizens Act by substituting subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section 5 concerning applications for work permits and examinations of such applications, by deleting subsections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of section 6, and by substituting for section 7 a new section concerning appeals in connection with work permits. |
