Abstract/Citation: These Regulations made pursuant to the Employment Act, 1990 entitle female workers to 10 weeks paid maternity leave of which not less than 8 weeks should be taken after the date of confinement, and 4 weeks unpaid maternity leave to be taken either before or after paid maternity leave.
