Abstract/Citation: The Act concerns pension plans organised and administered for the benefit of persons employed in connection with certain federal works, undertakings and businesses. It deals in particular with the bodies which administer the pension plans, placement, registration of pension plans, their termination and winding-up, objections and appeals, violations and penalties. It also occasions amendments to five other laws, including the Canadian Labour Code (LS 1965 - Can. 1A... 1971 - Can. 3A).
