| Abstract/Citation: | This Act provides for the declaration of districts and the establishment of rural district councils; it confers certain duties on those councils and provides for the administration of theirs areas; and it repeals the General Administration Act and the Rural Councils Act. The powers and duties of the councils include, inter alia, matters in regard to drainage and sewage, the acquisition of land, and the creation of cooperatives. |
