Abstract/Citation: The Ministry of Labour issued this Ordinance under the authority of the Industrial Safety and Health Law (Law No. 57 of 1972) and the Enforcement Order for the Industrial Safety and Health Law (Cabinet Order No. 318 of 1972). Its thirty-three chapters are divided among four major units: General Provisions; Safety Standards; Health Standards; and Special Provisions.
