Abstract/Citation: This Regulation made pursuant to the Payment of Wages Act (C.C.S.M. c. P31) designates for the purposes of s.17.1 of the Act the following jurisdictions as reciprocating provinces: Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon Territory, and the Northwest Territories.
