| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 in various respects, particularly regarding definitions, vocational rehabilitation services, research and training, supplementary services and facilities and services for independent living. The amendments affect employment opportunities for individuals with handicaps (Title VII of the Amendment Act) and address (1) projects with industry to promote opportunities for competitive employment and (2) government-supported employment services for individuals with severe handicaps. |
