Abstract/Citation: An Act of Parliament to bring existing laws into accord with the provisions of the Constitution. Gives effect in the new Republic to legislation enacted when Sierra Leone was a colony. Repeals sections 24 and 25 of the Summary Conviction Offences Act (Chap. 24) and the Protectorate Vagrancy Act (Chap. 64), containing forced labour provisions.
