Second Region

An Act of Parliament to bring existing laws into accord with the provisions of the Constitution. Gives effect in the new Republic to legislation enacted when Sierra Leone was a colony. Repeals sections 24 and 25 of the Summary Conviction Offences Act (Chap. 24) and the Protectorate Vagrancy Act (Chap. 64), containing forced labour provisions.
