Abstract/Citation: Order issued pursuant to the Regulation of Wages and Conditions of Employment Act, Chapter 229. Applies to persons employed directly or indirectly by an undertaking involved in 1) private investigation or security consultancy, 2) guarding of industrial plants, banks, warehouses, etc. against theft, illegal entry or fire and 3) escort of money or other valuable property. Order stipulates the applicable minimum wage and regulates housing allowances, work hours, overtime provisions, sick and maternity leave, death expenses and bereavement expenses.
