Abstract/Citation
To promote the development, and improve the efficiency and international competitiveness of Australian industry by the provision of financial assistance for research and development activities. Establishes the Industry Research and Development Board and sets forth its functions and structure. Amends ss. 4 and 7, and repeals Part II and s. 39 of the Industrial Research and Development Incentives Act 1976 (No. 85).
