Abstract/Citation: The Ordinance provides for the payment of special supplements to be made as labour welfare services under paragraph 1 of Article 23 of the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance Law (No. 50 of 1947), including the following: temporary disability special supplement; physical disability special supplement; survivors' special supplement; injury and disease special supplement; physical disability special pension; physical disability special lump sum payment; survivors' special pension; survivors' special lump sum payment; and injury and disease special pension.
