Abstract/Citation: Extends the scope of Saudi Arabia's 1969 Social Insurance Code to enterprises employing between 10 and 20 workers. The occupational pension scheme is extended to Saudi workers only, but "occupational hazards insurance" cover both Saudi and foreign workers. The exceptions provided for in the Code continue to apply notably in respect of agricultural workers, seafarers, domestic servants, etc, who are subject to separate regulations.
