| Abstract/Citation: | This Regulation under the Pension Benefits Act, 1987, revokes parts of O.Reg.108/87; exempts the Teachers' Pension Plan continued under the Teachers' Pension Act from specified sections of the Act; and exempts the Public Service Plan continued under the Public Service Pension Act from specified sections of the Act. |
