Under the Employment Act 1990, these Regulations modify the Conditions of Employment Regulations 1991, changing "paid maternity leave" in Reg.16(1) to "unpaid maternity leave," and substituting "1 1/2 hours pay" for "1 hours' pay" wherever it occurs in Reg.6(2). |
