Abstract/Citation: Amendment of the Security Guards (Remuneration Order) Regulations 1986 made under the Industrial Relations Act to provide a maternity benefit of twelve weeks' leave on full pay plus an allowance of Rs 300. After three such leaves, a female employee will only be allowed leave without pay.
