Amendments to the Nursing Homes (Remuneration Order) Regulations 1984 made under Section 96 of the Industrial Relations Act define various occupational groups in nursing homes, provide salary schedules for each group, as well as details on employment benefits, including maternity and other leaves, uniforms and protective equipment, and gratuity at retirement or death.
