Abstract/Citation
The exceptions covered by this Ordinance are provided for in s.267 of the Labour Code (LS, 1975-Cz.2), as amended at 14 December 1988. The Ordinance specifies the procedure for applying to expatriate workers and home-workers the provisions of the Code respecting compensation for hindrance from work (ss.124 to 130), overtime (ss.96 to 98) and overtime pay (s.116).
