Abstract/Citation: This Act consists of four parts, respectively entitled "Preliminary provisions" ("social role" of enterprises, workforce collectives, labour relations in terms of ss.27 and 70 of the Labour Code (LS, 1975-Cz.2) as amended at 14 December 1988), "Common provisions" (establishment and winding up), "Enterprise bodies and rights and duties of the managing director" and "General, transitional and final provisions" (the Act of 14 June 1988 on the same subject is repealed).
