Abstract/Citation: Revises and relocates existing provisions from Subpart L - Ladders and Scaffolds and Subpart M - Floors and Wall Openings, and Stairways, into Subpart X, rendering a more logical grouping of the topics. The revision also focuses on the hazards involved when working on stairways and ladders and eliminates what are found to be redundant and unnecessary standards.
