Abstract/Citation: Authorizes the conveyance of a certain parcel of land owned by a recognized Indian Tribe; establishing an Indian Forest and Woodlands Resources Management plan under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior; incorporating an "Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act"; and amending the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, among other things.
