Abstract/Citation: Establishes a voluntary, alternative method for training evaluation, certification and qualification of flight crewmembers, flight attendants, aircraft dispatchers, instructors, evaluators and other operations personnel subject to the requirements of 14 CFR Parts 121 and 135. The Regulation incorporates the most recent advances in training methods and techniques.
