| Abstract/Citation: | This act amends certain provisions of the Basic Act on Retirement Pensions (Related Acts Nos. 9/1967, 51/68, 119/68, 9/71, 65/73, 42/76, 38/79, 2/81, 39/81, 25/84, 2/86, 47/87) to provide for early retirement and revise the provisions relating to survivors' benefits (percentage of widow's pension to be 75% or 37.5% according to years of work and number and age of children). Minor amendments concern specific categories of workers such as employees of the Department of Tourism and nurses. Similar amendments are introduced for the retirement pension of teachers. |
