Implements section 2612 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984 (Public Law 98-369), which amended section 1631(b)(1) of the Social security Act, by setting a limit on adjustment or recovery of a Supplemental security Income and/or federally administered State supplementary overpayment that the secretary (Social security Administration) may require.
