Abstract/Citation: The Notification, which contains seven parts, provides for the requirements of Health and accident prevention as applied to all mineral extraction activities, except in the processing and refinements of gaz, oil and other liquids. The first part contains general provisions in regard to infrastructure, qualification of personnel and emergency procedures. Working conditions in mineral-dressing processes, safety measures as applied to the electrical and mechanical equipment, transport and storage, and operation of processing and refinement equipment are also covered.
