Abstract/Citation: The Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986-10-02 (Public Law 99-440) contains provisions on the fair labour standards to be implemented by U.S. firms in South Africa. This final rule implements the requirements of the Act to remove Namibia from the scope of application of the standards upon Namibia's independence on 1990-03-21.
