Abstract/Citation: Makes provisions in place of certain enactments relating to merchant ships and seamen. Repeals the Merchant Shipping (International Labour Conventions) Act 1925 and the Merchant Shipping Act 1948 (the whole Acts). Repeals certain parts of the Employment of Women, Young Persons and Children Act 1920 and the Contracts of Employment Act 1963.
