Abstract/Citation: Amends or supplements various provisions of the act of 7 june 1937 (ls 1937 - lux. 1), as amended by the act of 20 apr. 1962 (ls 1962 - lux. 1 (consolidation)), on the same subject (inter alia: s. 3 (definition of salaried employee in private employment), 6 (hours of work), 22 and 23 (termination of contract), 24 (employees' delegations), 26 (arbitration board) and 31 (sanctions); repeals the last sentence of the first para. of s. 22 of the act and the grand-ducal regulations of 28 oct. 1964 respecting the hours of work of salaried employees in private employment.
